Our owners Len and J grew up loving sauce. At San Diego State they were immersed in vibrant Latin cultures that prized bold flavors, high-quality ingredients, and just the right amount of heat. When Len moved to New York City for a job, the two wanted a way to bridge the distance and keep the spirit of those shared meals alive.

Out of that desire, Good Fire Co. was born. We make sauces that celebrate the balance Len and J learned from the people and foods around them: thoughtful heat, fresh ingredients, and flavor that complements rather than overpowers. Each bottle is crafted to be versatile at the table — for weeknight tacos, late-night burgers, or a family recipe that needs a lift — and to bring the familiar warmth of those San Diego days back into every bite.
